![]() ![]() I envy impressive people like Rick Beato who can just instantly know melodies and chords and play them. The music production side of crafting and shaping sound as well as trying to learn the piani, songs and enough music theory be able to see some of the code as it were, know how to play something and have it actually make sense and sound like anything. Getting into this music dabbling is exciting. And it feels like there are basically infinite options (although to some extent there's The Sims DLC syndrome.) Getting started was surprisingly affordable, because a MIDI keyboard is basically a physical shell for the digital meat, and the meat came free with the shell. I chose the right instrument for myself though. Coming form having zero experience with anything music related, when you first start out not knowing what a DAW is, there are so many things to learn, with most of them being entire overwhelming sciences and arts and crafts. I really should pull out my MIDI keyboard again though. Well I can play the first couple of notes of Nothing Else Matters, so.
